Campers will be included in all activities that the camp provides except for lodging. Each day campers must park their vehicle in the assigned parking area and turn in their keys for the day. Keys will be given back at the completion of each camp day. If the camper is dropped off then the vehicle will be given a designated drop off and pick up point and have a pass to enter and exit the campus. You make a note on the camp brochure that you want to attend the camp as a day camper. Instructions and questions will be mailed to you and you can pick up your pass at camp registration.
Withdrawal
Enrollment is limited to ensure that the camper-to-coach ratio is low and to provide a organized format for each camper. Full refunds are remitted until July 1, 2008. Those withdrawing after July 1, 2008 will be charged a $100.00 space reservation fee. Applicants that do not give advance notice before the camp will be classified as a "no show" and will not receive tuition.
Standby Status
When the camp reaches the maximum number of players, the camp office will continue to accept completed applications and tuition payments for "standby" status. Late applications are encouraged to submit because last minute cancellations occur due to injury, league championships, etc. The first "standby" applicant is substituted immediately.
Late Arrivals & Early Departures
Campers are allowed to sign-out to attend summer league commitments. Late arrivals and early departures are allowed with the understanding that camp segments will be missed and shuttle service is not provided in these instances. Campers may arrive late for check in due to travel tournaments. Notify the staff what time you will be arriving so arrangements can be made to get the camper checked in properly.
